"Hi Elli,
Just wanting to write and thank you for
the lovely evening we had at Diana’s on Saturday. Having attended
many dinner parties over the years, it was really good to have a
different ‘focus’ for a change, and was certainly a way to ‘break
the ice’ when socializing with unknown people. As well as the
social side of it, I was really pleased with my pallet of colours
which I know will save me buying clothes that are ‘bargains’ that
I get limited wear out of. It is for this reason mainly, that I have
organized for my teenage daughters to have a session with you also. I
have wasted a lot of money in the past on clothes that neither suit
my colouring or body shape, and if I can minimize my daughters doing
the same, it will be a very useful experience for them. Since our
session I have gone through my wardrobe and noticed that those items
of clothing that I have been wearing when complimented by others, are
the ones that match my colours and that in retrospect, I feel most
comfortable in. Surprisingly, I was more able to see the different
effects of the colours on the other participants, than myself at the
time, but on sitting with my ‘colors’ as a whole, I am well
pleased with them.
